When I started my diet and exercise plan 3 1/2 months ago. I had a Micro fitness evaluation done at my gym. The results were pretty grim. Today I had a 3 month re-test and just gotta share the rusults.

Although I lost 23 pounds, if I did the math right I actually lost 30 lbs and gained 7 pounds of muscle. I'm also surprised that my aerobic fitness didn't increase more as I've been hitting the elipticle pretty hard 3-4 days a week.


Although I don't post much, I read this forum on a regular basis and have taken your advice and encouragement to heart.


OK.

Now back to work on getting more fit.
