removing manboobs....

Well, I assume you are a man since your problem is "manboobs". But this is the womens health section so you may not get a lot of responses.

There is no way to just remove fat from the chest. Only your body decides where it takes its fat from, you cannot control that. A good diet should be #1 for fat loss. Followed by exercise.

Be more specific.

Do you currently excercise? How is your diet now? whats your height, weight, and Body fat %?

I would also suggest doing pectorial exercises. Butterfly's and the bench press will build the pecs which would give more shape and less jiggle. Thomas was right though a good diet and overall fitness program is the way.

If it is caused only by body fat, then you need to eat clean 5-6 times per day, 3-4 hours apart, with 1 protein and 1 carb. Drink lots of water. Rest often and properly. You should strength train regularly and do cardio properly. You can find ways to do all of the above on these forums or by searching the Internet.

It is possible for your "manboobs" to be an abnormality instead of simply a side effect of being overweight. If this is the case (and I believe the only way to tell the difference) is to see a doctor.
