Remedy for loose skin

During weight loss you always want to preserve muscle mass. It is key to keeping off the weight being that muscles obliterate calories. If you have much to lose and are rapidly losing it I STRONGLY advise that along with your cardio and diet you implement weight/resistance training not ONLY in the ab region, but also everywhere else in the upper body (don't forget about legs...its just that were talking about that loose skin that's probably around the stomach area). The pecs, traps, shoulders, biceps, triceps, lats and many more upper body muscles will expand and "lift" that extra skin. Abs are good, most definitely... but the key areas that are REALLY gonna lift that skin are the aforementioned ones. Google search scooby's workshop or check out scooby1961 youtube videos on proper ways to do exercises. If you are still in the process of losing weight it is not necessary to stray away from your caloric deficit to gain muscle, most of your initial gains will be newbie gains and you should see anywhere from 3-4 pounds of muscle added every month for a few months(which is extraordinary)!
