Hello everyone.
I know you get lots of 'I'm new' postings, but that's what I am too, brand new
I don't have anything considered a 'weight problem', at the current moment, but I have developed a really bad relationship with food over the past six months :S I used to be the one who would know everything about making healthy choices and decisions, but then pressures started to exhaust me and I turned to food.
So I developed binge eating. Not bulimia, but just plain binge eating. I've gained 20+lbs from it and I keep gaining it. A couple more pounds and I will be considered overweight. So I don't want to continue that direction.
Just recently I quit my job because of exhaustion and I am taking a month or two to get back together, and what I want to focus on is my health, including my eating habits. I want to pick up Pilates and walking/jogging as my two exercises again. It's been a couple of days of rest and I am doing better, I can tell now when I am full again, while before I couldn't feel my stomach anymore.
So I started my diet today, not even necessarily to lose the weight I gained as a focus, but to reinstate a healthy diet and no binge eating! I've tried for the past four months to get a hold of my eating habits but I only gained more weight :S so I joined this group in case it can help!
