Reintroducing me!

Hello,
this is my second time I try to Diet with the help of this wonderful forum *slightlyashamed*.
My name is Mila, I am 22 years old, I am 1.6 m tall and weigh 65 kilos and my BMI is 25.4... which is too much for me (I look and feel chubby). I am a student, practically married to my boyfriend of 2 and a half years and work as a nanny.

I started a Diet about 4 or 5 months ago and lost my track, sadly, after only 2 weeks (in which I had lost like 2 kilos!). I am a quitter and I am angry that I let myself quit that quickly, but this time I am doing it right!

My dietplan is: -no sweets, no sugar, no dairy, little fat and swimming as my main exercise (I just can't deal with sports I figured out).

I have no time schedule, but I would like to weigh 55 kg by the end of this diet and be more healthy and muscly (because now I am like a Mozzarella my bf says, white and wobbly!). And I want to lose 2 to 3 kilos per month, but as long as I don't gain it back I don't midn if it is less per month.
Hope to get the same lovely help I got last time, xxMilaxx

Well, Welcome back :)

As long as you recoginze that you lost track and have the motivation to get back on track youll do fine...

However, with that being said...I hope the reason you want to loose weight isnt b/c of what your boyfriend referred to you as "white and wobbly" yikes!!

Good Luck and we're here for support :)

Welcome back to posting Mila,

I hope you find something that works for you that you can live with long term so that it becomes an actual change of how you eat and not just a diet to go off of when you've reached your goal weight.

Best wishes to you :)

WElcome back..and good luck with teh weight loss...Im also a quiter..lol..sucks doesnt it?...but not this time..Here we will go all teh way t o a healthier us. But like LynnZ said dont do it because of your bf because it wont loast, do it for you , for what you want and need...and it will happen. Good luck with everything..

Thanx to everyone!
I am not doing it because of my boyfriend, although of course he would like me to be thinner (but he loves me however I look... I know it I am wearing the most awful pjs and he still loves me ;)!). And this is not a diet so much as a change of lifestyle, I am a very sickish person with a bit of a hypochondriac issue on top (think Woody Allen) and I just know that this new lifestyle will help me fight my diseases (I have Asthma and an autoimmune disease of the bowel called Crohn's disease, which makes me have very frequent infections... I have had 4 rounds of antibiotics this year and it is only april!!).
Also I don't wanna tempt fate with being round and therefore even less healthy!
I know that my body doesn't need all the sweets and huge meals and fizzy drinks I kept giving it, the prove is that the 2 weeks I did this before and the 4 days I have been doing it now, I have felt better than most of the time I am eating what I want when I want it!
So I feel confident, but as said, I am a quitter and anything throws me off track really quickly! But hopefully with your guys help etc... I will be able to pull through and be more healthy and more happy in a few months!
Love to all of you, xxMilaxx
