Rehabilitation programme

Hi, can anyone give me some advice on developing their own rehabilitation programme.? One of my questions, for rehab is it a good idea to work out daily on the same muscle groups? I am at a pretty basic level, and need to build myself up from scratch. Any advice or help would be much appreciated. The self design programmes here look pretty good.

Now, it depends on your injury, what type of injury it is, the rehab program is designed according to severity of the injury and the muscle groups which are to be exercised depends on the injury.

Let me know what is the injury, so that I can let u know the rehab program for it.
 
I think it would be better if you describe your present condition in details since I do not know your exact condition. So I would like to tell you everything step by step so that you would understand everything what you exactly need to do.

• If the condition of your injuries is minor then there is nothing to worry about that. Are you suffering from accident type of injuries as pulled hamstring or a sprained ankle? If so then first aid would be enough for you.

• If the condition of your injuries is more than bad then you need to be serious. You need an accurate diagnosis. All of your treatment should be based on diagnosis report.

• If the condition of your injuries is chronic then I suggest to you to it’s time to stop. Consult with your doc and follow his advice before it turns out of control.
