reguler sleep patern

i think the 1st time around a reguler sleep patern really helped but this time i cant seem to catch the right amount of z`s so my weight is fluctating to much for me to stay concentrated. any help plz?
 
well, i think going to bed for sleep immediately after having the meal is the main reason to make u fat fat and more fat ,try to have some light walk of 10 to 15 minutes after having your meal.......

i found it very effective pesonally in loosing weight....so have a look on that ......!!!!!!!
