Regaining The State of Mind.

Well weight loss has been my main priority for a year+ now. In terms of weight loss i've lossed quite abit in the first 6 months. I've reduced my weight from 135kg+ down to 85kg.

Due to being a student I wasnt able to get any professional advice in terms of nutrions and diet plan (Exception of my doctor). Tho, I had a few advices from friends whom are in better shape and had gym training. You could say I got down due to sheer will. But in the last 2 months during and after my Finals, I've gained considerable weight (10+kgs) which is really bothering me, seems I've lost my edge. I'm not exercising regularly, eating habits are horrible. I just really wanna get back into the groove of things and cant seem to do it. My original diet used to be Oatmeal as a base and Veggies as supplements. Lots of water. Which i rather liked.

Hope i'm not being to up front about this. Sure could use some insight.

Zimmy.

There is your answer right there. It seems like you know what you need to do, but you are being lazy. Get back on it and you will keep losing....no excuses!

I think he's saying that is a result of his lack of motivation and that he wants to know how to get back in the right frame of mind to continue to lose weight.

This is normal, at least it seems to be. I don't know many people that stay focused and on track all the time (and I'm not sure I would want to). Hard to give advice on it without knowing you and your personality, but with me sometimes the only thing to get me going is to start feeling good again. The only way for me to start feeling good again is to start working out again wether I like it or not.

If that doesn't work, have an expresso shot and watch 300.
