Recovering leg workout

Ok tomoz i am going to start doing my legs again since its been about 8 weeks of hardly any leg activity besides walking....and almost all the muscle on my right leg has vanished since i had to keep it still for like 2 weeks....what do you recommend for a first time leg work out for some one who has recovered from surgery on there knee ? i kinda wanna get my right leg up to the size of my left while maintaining my left one or do you think its best to just do leg exercises together but i am thinking the right ones gonna do all the work? I am going to do legs after shoulders like i always did so can some one please suggest some nice easy light one legged exercises to get it up to scratch so i can then start punishing them again and throwing up every where.....lol this is why i hate legs and i have enjoyed not being able to do them for so long but now i got to start again :( yay!

heres a post i did on them a while back http://training.fitness.com/injuries-medical/hawt-leg-injury-28780.html

all I have to say is have fun^^ I with you on the leg exercises don't like them becouse the make me tire out more easely.but I don't let it get in my way despite its a royal pian:D

Are you finished with rehab? If so, rule number 1: If it hurts, don't do it!

I would try doing some BW squats, make sure you put equal stress on both legs. Try some lunges aswell. The leg with the injury will get up to speed size and strenght wise quickly, don't worry, I had knee thing to, my tight muscle was gone, but it didn't take long before it was back :)
