Hello, my name is Armi,
I am new here and i thought to start a topic about how to lose weight and be healthier.
I need help. 5 or 6 years ago i practiced Muay Thai for a long time and i had an amazing body then i went in college and I left sport, started drinking and smoking, years passed and i was not in a good nor bad shape.
I started working in a food company, i gained about 10 kgs, 7 or 8 months ago i quited smoking and i gained another 15 kgs.
Now im about 115 kgs and i want to go to my normal weight of 90 kgs im 190cm tall.
Any suggestion about a diet and a training plan
