recommended weekly routines

i know that people should have different types of routines but can you guys tell me some recommended weekly routines that i can try out or weekly routines that i should avoid?
 
Working out is easier than you think it is when it comes to game planning....The hard part is work ethic. I say just workout every muscle group first(FullBody Workout). When your body is accustom to the physical stress than start towards specific muscle groups...I am sure others will chime in and give you a more direct answer..
 
differant folks, different strokes
so many people ask: "what is a good weekly program"
there is no correct answer to this
i'd suggest that you go to the gym, and try a couple exersizes, and, find which ones you want to improve upon (maybe you want to make a certain area of your body more aestheticaly pleasing, i don't know)

but, when you know what you want, you can ask:
"what is the best arm exersize" or leg exersize, etc.
which also happens to have no correct answer

to start: try and master body weight exersizes: these are simple enough, and will prepare you for more difficult weighted exersizes.
