Recipes?

I'm a bit of a stoner (and not interested in quitting) and I'm looking for some quick, cheap, super easy recipes that are low-cal/low-fat. I want to get away from traditional munchies so that I can keep losing weight. Anyone have any suggestions?
 
gotta love honesty -

when you get the munchies - what do you crave? salty? sweet? Creamy? Crunchy?

Rice Cakes in various flavors might give you the crunchy/saltiness you want..

Laughing cow cheese wedges on wasa crackers or ry crisp crackers those are both pretty big crackers that are high fiber low everything els - have a crunch and are pretty tasty too.

flavored lite cream cheeses on apple slices or the above crackers...

No Pudge makes a really good lowish fat brownie...

Mary Jane is really my biggest obstacle losing weight, but I love her.

Mostly I crave sweet or spicy. But if I eat one, I feel the need to balance the flavors and eat the other too.

I love rice cakes with sugar free strawberry and grape preserves. :p so great.

Fruit Cobbler

Try saying that ten times fast. In a bowl, combine half a cup each of sugar, skim milk and flour. Combine with a quarter teaspoon of salt and a teaspoon of baking powder. Pour this mixture into a baking dish that has been sprayed with Pam. Sprinkle two cups of fruit, like cherries or peaches on top. Bake for 40 minutes in a 350-degree oven and serve warm with low-fat ice cream.
