Recipes for chicken breast

So i've got some chicken breast in the oven right now. Just threw them in there frozen (are you supposed to defrost them first?)...Anyways, what kind of spices go good on chicken breast? Any recipes involving mushrooms or tomato sauce would be fine too.

If you don't defrost them first the outside tends to burn or at least get very dry before the middle gets hot enough to cook (185 degrees?). If you have a meat thermometer put it into the middle of the thickest one to determine when they are done and safe to eat. If you are in a hurry defrost them in the microwave.
