Rebounding...

Ok, so I sort of bought this rebounder at like 5 am the other morning when I was having a manic episode... well it came today and it's actually really fun! But here's the question of the night, does it actually do anything?? Thoughts appreciated!
 
That depends on how much intensity you bring into it. A good workout is determined by how much effort you put into it. For me, nothing beats a good run, cycle, or elliptical machine even . But if it's fun for you and you work up a storm, then it's perfectly fine. :) It looks fun and easy on your joints too.
 
Are there any reliable studies comparing exercising on a rebounder compared to other types of fitness activities,
