really struggling

i had a really bad week last week loseing no weight and this week isnt going to well either after going to a indian restuarent last night. but i`ve had a big box of chocolates in the house all week i havent bothered with, yeh i`d like one it wouldnt be just one but even one would make me feel terribal.

is it just christmas and will i be able to get back on track after the holidays?
 
Relax, man.
We all have good and bad weeks. You said you weren't losing weight, but have you really gained all that much?
Take a little time and think about where you went wrong, and what you can do better.
Make a new plan and stick to it!
 
you said "this week is not going well after going to an indian restaurant tonight".... that is something you have to get by man. One night is not going to make the week a bust. There are plenty of times that a you will have to break your diet throughout the week, and you can't deem it a failure unless you gain lots of weight at the end. You just have to move on. If you psych yourself out enough, you'll get yourself down... have a good holiday season, and don't get so revved up about one bad day.. keep on keeping on

Don't beat yourself up every time you over do it. Just get yourself back on track. Enjoy Christmas just remember moderation! Have a couple pieces of candy and share the box or give the rest away. If your going to someones home leave the goodies there. If someone gives you a gift of something you don't want to eat then open it while you,re there and make if available to everyone and hopefully everyone will help you eat it all up!
