Really old fashioned media... BOOKS!!!! just read a good one. any other suggestions?

I'm reading a copy of Bob Harper's The Skinny Rules. It's really good. Very simple.... Very practicle. absolutely NO NONSENSE. approach to weight loss.
I love it because it's so consise. No, it's not going to tell you every little bit of chemistry that's involved in weight loss, but it's not meant to.
Basically, he says... follow these rules, you'll lose weight. Nothing tough. But there is some stuff you would necessarily expect and the explantions makes a lot of sense.
I hope I encourage at least one other member to pick up this book by posting this!

Many books tells us to do this... do that... and you will lose some lbs. But what is important I think is how to manage yourself to go in that procedure where you are comfortable enough.
 
Are the rules reasonable?

Yes.. very reasonable! In fact, you probably already know or have heard of most of them. It's definately worth taking a look. If you're looking for a really EASY way to quick start your weight loss, this is a fantastic place to start.
