Really need help...I don't know what I'm doing Wrong

Hi I'm going to make this brief and as short as possible.

So if anybody has any help or suggestions for me to lose more it would be really appreicated. I know my time routine is abysmal.

um...21 pounds in 4 months is actually quite good. I'm thinking this is alot more of a self-image and expectations that might be unrealistic. Stop thinking of it as 'I should have lost more by now' and instead look at 'WOW I've lost a small dog in weight'



have you thought about actually talking to your family for support? The wording you use makes me think there is more here than your weight. If you are not happy with who you are, no amount of weight loss will change that. You have to look beyond that to what makes you special.

Yes there is a lot of problems within the family but I'm having counselling to try and sort that out along with my negative outlook on life.
But regarding the exercise and diet do you think i should step it up another notch? more exercise? less food more food?
 
I think you should be staying the course. You are losing weight still and it is in a slow and steady progression. I actually want to suggest a little more food in the protein department.
 
I know im missing something out of my diet as my nails are really weak and my hair keeps falling out.

I think you need to see your doctor. Hair loss and brittle nails can be the signs of a few things. I don't want to even try to tell what it might be cause I'm not a doctor.

yeah, I'm going to say see the doctor before something gets worse.
 
I agree with what everyone as posted on here. I also suggest seing a DR! You need protein you want to burn fat not muscle! Slow weight loss is better then fast, everyone I know who has lost fast also regained more then they lost fast, you have to make this about lifestyle choice something you can keep doing while living regularly. Also loosing the weight is not gonna magically make all you problem go away! You have to love yourself, you should start a diary everyday you have to find something you love about yourself, having a healthy body is one thing but you also need to have a healthy mind! Confidence is something that comes from the inside out not the outside in!
