Really fed up and want a change...

Hey Everyone!

Of course, I'm new here and I'm just looking for some "support" to increase my will power and make this thing a little easier. I'm a wife and mother of 2 (girl, 6, boy, 2). I come from a family that has an EXTREMELY high metabolism.... everyone except me of course.

I am just totally frustrated at this point and want to see results. I feel like I've been OVERLOADED with information but dont know what will work for me.

So I'm hoping I can find a group of people who can help....
 
Ouch, yeah, I know how that goes. Some of my family members are of the "normal" body type, and you know... they give the WORST advice when it comes to losing weight and getting in shape. No matter what they eat or how much exercise they don't get, they just never seem to gain any weight, so they think they are qualified to tell me about how to take off the pounds.

What are you looking to accomplish?
 
I'm currently 188 lbs and I want to get down to maybe 145... the hardest part for me is changing my eating habits (especially as a busy mom/wife). I dont have a problem working out, but I feel like I might not be doing the "right" things.... of course $$$$ will always play a part in everything so...

currently i work out 4 days a week ...
try to do at least 35 min of cardio (treadmill on 15% incline at like 3.5 or elliptical).... and incorporate strength training (alternate legs and arms)... i try to take this strength training class on my Thursdays which is a GREAT overall workout...

i need a good ab routine b/c my mid section is HORRIBLE. I was all baby when I carried and always looked like I was carrying a PUMPKIN (Oct baby) or BASKETBALL.... they left me allllllllllllllll jacked up - i have the WORST sag in the world and I'm scared I'm not going to loose it....

I just need help! LOL I am 27 yo and I'm really ready for a change...
