Hey everyone I am brand new to this forum community but I am excited.
I'm 20 years old and have been struggling with my weight for as long as I can remember. I know exactly what to do to lose weight it's the motivation that I lack. I always start out great with a new diet but after about a week I break down and binge. It's extremely disheartening after I cheat and I know that I will get mad at myself but I still do it and I don't know why.
Right now I am 5"7 and 185 lbs. My goal is to lose 15 lbs to be at 170. This is a realistic goal for me and I think (and hope) I am truly ready this time to avoid temptation and actually do it.
I am just looking for support and extra motivation to stay on track and reach my goal. Hopefully I will find it here!

Welcome to the forum! You should try starting a diary...they are great for motivation and feedback from other members. Good luck! :)

Welcome!

Jen_Renee is right, a diary is a great place for you to start! You'll get some great advice from other members, as well as the motivation your seeking. The diary will also work to keep you in check. I know I hate it when I have to put something bad I ate on there, so in a way it helps me make healthy choices!
