Well, this is my diary - I'll start with the questions suggested in the info on this thread - i'm never quite sure what to write in diary's!!

-- How much weight do you want to lose?

Well. I'd really like to lose 30 kilos - my scales say i'm 106 :eek: How did that happen?? So I'd be more than pleased with 76 - havent been that weight for........13 years

-- What is the timeframe for reaching your target weight?
Before the end of the year - I'm 30 at the end of Dec.

-- How do you want to accomplish your goal (what methods do you want to use)?


I'm starting on the Cohen's lifesyle diet on Thursday (in 2 days!!)

-- Who or what can support you in reaching your goal?

This forum! a friend who is also doing the Cohen's diet, my boyf.

-- How realistic is your goal?

I think it's realistic - six months and 30 kilos. I hope so!!

So. i'll be trying my best to keep up regular entries here - I think it will be very important to my sanity - the cohens diet is pretty strict but seems to have really good results - i'm hoping that it will help my PCOS really settle down.

well, lets see how we go!!
