Ready to lose 43 pounds

Hi everyone im a 22 year old female that weights 220... I'm looking to lose 43 pounds atleast within the next 2 months..

Do you think its possible..

I'm going to:
-eat right
-and exercise daily
 
I think you are setting yourself up for failure with such a high goal. 2 lb per week would be a good healthy rate of loss so in 2 months thats around 16 lb

I do not think you are setting yourself up for failure !! we live in such a lazy world ! if you dedicate yourself to anything you can achieve it , just dont each so much food and workout twice a day and the weight will fly off trust me I have done it !


How healthy are you ?

how much time can you commit to working out each day?

and how much drive do you have ?


sometimes doing things the harder way is better instead of what most people would tell you to do in this forum ! trust me on this ! how do you think all of those biggest loser contestants do it ? its all about dedication and you can do anything ! :hurray:
