ready to give up

Have tried exercise and diet to lose extra lbs after stopped smoking.Gained 58lbs stayed smoke free for 1yr and 1month
I was feeling bad all the 'cause of the extra lbs BP stayed up 160/110+ walking 1-2miles daily and changed eating habits
went for more protein less carb diet with weight training,but still could'nt lose any weight so after a year of feeling so bad I started smoking again and lost 32lbs,still dieting and exerciseing weight lose stopped at 276lbs.
The only diet that will work now will be to "EAT A BULLET" sims like the only answer

On the idea of "eating a bullet" because you feel your self-worth is tied to your external appearance, these are demons that cannot be helped by anyone but yourself. Negative emotions and self-doubt will always lead you further down the rabbit hole.

This is your time to stand up and be accountable, time for you to start asking the tough questions and to do the home-work in order for you to reach your goals.

Small exercise - look into Dr. Bruce Lipton who studies genetics. His entire work focuses on DNA and how they are not predetermined, but are in fact subject to the environment. When environmental factors are changed the DNA will change accordingly. This is not taught anywhere in our world, but when you understand it, it means that you have the ability to change your DNA just by thinking, by changing your environment.
