Hey everyone,
I've always been into exercise, & playing sport however I've often found my patterns of staying fit & healthy rather erratic. My weight & fitness has always yo-yoed. After feeling crap about my body for so long, I've decided to get serious & take action to a fitter, leaner & more muscular body. I've got a fairly good idea of what I need to eat & the exercise I need to undertake in order to get to where I want to be but I thought joining one of these sites for encouragement & help with achieving these results in the best possible way seemed like a good idea. Im not here just to lose weight. I want muscle. I want definition. I want to be strong. I want to be fit & healthy. I would love to meet people with the same goals, anyone who wants to be of a support or needs a support themselves & people who with to share their knowledge with me.
