Hello forums,
My name is Trent, I'm 17 years old and from Ontario, Canada. I've decided its finally to take the reins on my life and snap myself into shape. Something I've always lacked is dedication, I find that most attempts I take at working out end up resulting in 2 to 3 days of hard work and routine working out and then it just falls. I think what typically causes this the fact that I don't feel this "rush" that the majority of people do during and after a workout. Is there something I'm doing wrong why I can't seem to get this feeling? Is there a certain mindset I need to approach fitness at?
Current body fat weight: 33.6lbs
Muscle mass: 125.9lbs
Resulting in an overall weight of 159.5lbs.
Total body fat %: 21.07%
To me, 21.07% seems a ridiculous number for somebody of my physique and age.
Help me out!
