My name is Lindsay and I am 28 almost 29 and am unhappy with the 50lbs I have put on over the last few years. I have a high stressed job and I go to school. My boyfriend and I eat out at least 5 days a week because of convenience and being tired all the time. He is a great supporter in my wanting to get healthier. I am 4'10 and muscular so extra weight isn't flattering on me at all. I am looking for any and all tips that will help me with my weight-loss journey.
