Hi all =]
I actually thought that once I had my first baby, the weight would all be sucked out with him somehow and I would return to my pre-pregnancy state. Nope. That didn't happen. In fact, the reverse happened. It's actually harder to lose weight now. My son is now nearly 14 months old and the hubby and I want baby number 2 but I don't see that happening with my current 259.4 lbs. I've gotten down to 237 since my son was born but somehow gained it all back. I'm at my wits end now. I HAVE to lose this weight. I feel really ashamed that I allowed it to come to this point and take complete responsibility for every sugar filled nothing I ate. Does anyone know where to get an accurate calorie per day amount? I tried an app on my phone and it said 1420. Sorry but that seems low to be starting out. I guess I could be wrong. Here's to hoping this works.
Cheers!
