For some reason my post wasn't showing so I'm posting my intro again! :waving:

Hello everyone,

I'm new and looking for some weight loss support. Back in March of this year I started at 247.00. I've weighed a few times since then (coming in at 227-228) but I've been sooooooo on and off with my diet. I haven't weighed in about 2 months and I'm nervous.

I've re-committed myself for the next 30 days to kick my own butt so that I can at least feel better about stepping on the scale again soon!

Tell us more about what you're doing and what your goals are. There are lots of us here to offer support, advice, and encouragement!
 
Welcome and good luck on your weight loss! This site is a great motivator and full of advice...I come often to help me get thru the rough spots!

BIte the bullet and weigh yourself...then you can set some goals and focus on achieving them!
