So i just started the RDHD on Monday. Today is the start of Day 3.


I've gained 10 kgs in the last 4 years which i would like to get off. I feel like i need something drastic so that i can see a change so that i will be motivated to lose or maintain.



I've found that i go to bed hungry, even after eating a 200g steak 2- 3 hours before I sleep.


Has anyone seen results on this diet?
