Rate my Routine

okay so i just got back into really working out and also came off a full body routine and decided to work on split for the summer.

i know its off not sure by how much

Mostly all in 4x8

(Chest and Tri)

Barbell Flat Bench
barbell Incline Bench
Barbell Decline
Flies(either with cables or Dumbells)

(for Tris)
Skull Crushes
and either Pull downs or close Bench press


(Back and Bi)

Deadlifts
Upright rows
Lat Pull Downs
bent over Rows

(for Bis)
isolations
Barbell Curls
21(7 low to mid, 7mid to high, 7 low to high)

(Legs and Shoulders)

Squats
curls for Hamstring
curls up for the thighs
Calves

(for Shoulders)
military press
arnold's with dumbells
side raises with dumbells

and with days in between with 40min cardio

i don't have exact days(e.g. monday-, tuesday-) i try to hit all these within a week and circle around, not sure if that all that good but i tend to be very busy
