Sorry for all the points, I'm a little drugged up.

Ive done 13 work outs. Im on week 5. I skipped one cause my buddy couldt go an I was till intiminating to go solo. I woud have no prolbrm noe.

Group A workout 1
squats Body Weight 10, 10, 10
Bench Press 45 lbs (bar) 10, 10, 10
Back Extensions 10, 10 -- no DL yet
CHin-ups 5,5

Group B workout1
squats 2x12 lunges (10 lbs), squats 10 lbs *dumbbell each 10
overhead press 45 lbs 10,10, 8
rows setting 4 10. 10 == setting 5 10
dips -20 10, 6

group A
squats 45 lbs 7, 5, 5
bench press 105 lbs 10, 6 95 lbs 7, 7
deadlift 80 lbs 13
chin-ups -20 9. 4

group B Workout 12
squats 45 lbs 10. 10. 10
overhead press 65 lbs 10. 7, 9
rows 70 lbd 10, 10, 10
dips -16 13,

I did group A agan today, which was in my diary. Not accurate, as I was sick and very much weak. Fainting after each set seemed a possibility

My Squat and Deadlifts should progress pretty nicely now that I've gotten them down.

Its so funny. Literally I could not do them. Then I got deadlift (no idea how) then next time Squats came naturally.
 
It's funny as body awareness becomes clearer how much easier certain exercises become, isn't it?

I'm glad to hear you're taking your time. Learning form correctly from the get-go is just about the smartest thing you can do in weight lifting.
