rate my plan

Ok i want to become a bodybuilder. I have been resarching and i am going to start a new plan monday it consists of this.

I am 200 pounds and i want to bulk up i hav got the problem that i think most people have lower abs are fatter than upper.

I am going to eat 3200-3400 calories a day. 1360 from protien, 1360 from carbs, 680 from fats. now for my work out plan is going to be a split schedule.

Monday-Chest (Low Reps Heavy Weight) (bench) (towel Bench) 2 Sets of push ups in between till failure.

Tuesday-Legs (Low Reps Heavy Weight) (Squat) (leg Extensions) 1 mile jog after wards

Wednesday- Abs- 200 Crunches, 200 sit ups, 50 legs raises and holds, 50 twist and side crunches.

Thursday- Back-shoulder (Pull downs, feel free to give me more back exercises.) Shoulders (butterflies is what i call them when you straighten arms to side with weight in hands and then in front, Shoulder Shrugs 3 by 10)

Friday- Arms (35 pound dumbbells 1 Set 10 times hold for 10 sec. on last one, 25 pounds 10 times hold for 10 sec. on last one, 10 pounds 50 times hold for 50 sec. on last one.) Triceps (Diamond push ups 3 by 10 and pull downs.)

Sat. Rest

Sun. Rest

Do you think that i am over eating, over working out or anything else. Plz feel free to comment.

I'm not going to comment on the lifting schedule, but on your diet. To get super lower-ab definition, all of your calories must come from clean foods (except for the occasional cheat). Just keep that in mind

well i dont really want a ab defination yet i want muscle and alot of it. but i have 20 to 25% bodyfat not exact but some where around there i think there a little high. but any way and i see people who are like ripped and people say start bulking to them. do you have to be ripped to bulk. or can i bulk then rip.
