My plan is to eat smaller portions.



Motivations

My motivation is to lose weight to be healthier and also increase my energy.


Obstacles

· Large portion sizes

· Low impulse foods

· Social gatherings


How to overcome them

· Only eat half and save the rest for later

· When I prepare food put the other half away before I start eating

· Think about what I am going to do before events

· Try to avoid low impulse foods


Triggers

· When I haven’t eaten in a while

· When I am around a low impulse food like pizza

· Sweets

· When I’m tired

· When I am around my family


Positive habit to do instead

· Go for a walk

· Eat fruit

· Wait a half hour before eating more
