For breakfast and lunch i ate around 700 calories. I went on a two hour hike with my sister and it was lovely. Then when i got back i had couscous and some mango. For dinner i didn't count calories because my mothers friend came over and cooked us dinner, but luckily it was extremely healthy: brown rice and vegetables. But then i ate half a huge chocolate muffin :eek: i need to find a healthier way to get my chocolate fix. Overall i'm estimating that i had between 1300-1500 calories. Not too bad right?
 
excellent if you're female (guys should use more than 1800, i have no idea what sex you are lol) :)

Be wary of muffins though, or any bikkies or cakes, they are horrific for calories!

Way to go! If it makes you feel any better, I didn't like chocolate until I started dieting haha!
 
Hmmm...with needing a chocolate fix, my money is on the Double X Chromosome :)

Today i had 1200-1300 calories. Unfortunately i didnt get a chance to excersize today. It's back to school tommarow so that means i have to get up at 6 and i wont get home until 6:30 in the afternoon. Usually I dont eat a healthy dinner and i just snack for a couple hours until I go to bed. But this has to change. I'm going to start planning out quick healthy meals so I won't end up eating a bunch of junk. I'm also vegetarian so protein is an issue for me.
 
Your calories sound great! Have you tried keeping track of what you eat at what time? If it's the same time every day, you could try different things to see what works.

thats a good idea i've noticed i eat too many calories later in the day but at the same time if i dont leave myself enough calories for later i end up overeating :eek:

today i had around 1500

Your calories look great I am doing 1200 cals a day
also. I tried something a little different today and I
had my bigger calorie meal which was dinner for lunch
and lunch for dinner to see if it would help with hunger
ect and get the major calories out of the way so I can
burn them all day? Your doing great have a good day/night

today i had 1200-1300 calories but they were mostly carbs so i'm guessing thats not too good so tommarow i'll try eating more fruits, vegetables, and protein. Today for dinner i had a weightwatchers microwave dinner. It was quick, easy, low-calorie, and was actually filling along with a salad even though it looked small. It's great for days when i get hom too late or tired to cook.
 
Hey rabbit keeping your calories low is great but make sure it's with the right foods. Carbs are everywhere and it's hard to get away from them.
 
eek the past couple days I haven't done so great. I planned to not count calories for one day and splurge just a tiny bit but it ended up comtinuing for two more days. I wouldnt be surprised if those two pounds i lost are back : (

Today was not so good again. I have to stop eating out of boredom! It's such a terrible habbit! Back on track with rock climbing all day tommarow thank god!
 
When it comes to getting back on track, there's no better time then the present - no need waiting until tomorrow - each meal is a new opportunity to start fresh!

You CAN do this :D
