Quick Wrap

Tuna Wrap

I came across this last night, it may not sound great, but it tastes good.

2 Spinach Wraps
1-3 tbsp Peanut Butter
1 Can tuna
2 Large Hard boiled Eggs
3 tbsp Light Mayo

Mix Tuna, Eggs, and mayo in bowl. Spread PB lightly over wrap. Put TEM on wrap, roll and eat. Makes two. Its not bad, I tell ya.

Really? Huh. So I guess the PB is just for protein then?

Ya thats why I put it in. I also tried just taking a wheat wrap and spreading pb on it only, wasnt too bad.

Also with the wheat wraps, I would put sliced turkey, cheese, corn, onions, and mushrooms. Pretty tasty as well. Trying to be creative.

OMG I think I may hurl.... j/k. I hate mayo... would it still be good without it?

I have added tomatoes to the mix, still pretty good. Just take half of a tomato and split it between the two wraps. This is my new favorite snack during the day.

Using a wheat wrap, white albacore, skippy reduced fat pb, and light mayo the following is the nutritional value.

Calories 589.5
Fat 29.5
Sat 7
Carbs 44
Fiber 12
Protein 37

The ingredients make two, this is for one. I eat one every day just about. Natural PB would really help reduce the amount of fat.

Very interesting. I know somebody that likes peanut butter, mayo, and banana sandwhiches. I thought the mayo was kinda weird but that's what he likes.

Now me personally, I love the combination of crunchy peanut butter, honey, and bananas together, it's so good. I've tried on toasted ww bread, ww wraps, and ww waffles. I know I'm carbo-loading when I eat this so I have this for a treat just once a week.
