This may seem a bit silly, but I am really needing to lose 6 pounds in a week, from today. Can anybody advise the best way to do this? I understand it isn't entirely healthy, and after I've lost the initial 6 pounds I am going to aim for 2-3 pounds a week.
Any advise would be brilliant! I am going to be using the gym 3-4 times in this time.
