Thanks for all the info that is presented here. I'm 27, 6'1" and 188 pounds. 4 months ago I was 233 pounds. Went from size 38 to having 34" pants being baggy.
I did two things, Changed my diet, and started jogging.
At first, I would jog around .5 miles, and I would have pain in my leg muscles, and my man boobs were hurting from jumping around.
I stuck it out, and slowly increased my stamina, and distance. I now jog 3-4 miles a day, and it feels like nothing.
What a difference when I cut back on drinking beer!!! I haven't went to any special fad diet, I just started looking at the nutrition labels. I sometimes eat vegetables and non-fat dip for lunch, and I sometimes eat a big mac with supersized frys. Back in the day when I lived off fast food, it tasted ohhhhhhhhh so good. Now I'm almost to the point where "Bad" food doesn't taste good anymore.
Anyways, I feel 10x better, and I have spent alot of time reading this site during my "get healthy" phase. I'm a totally different person!
My last vise to take care of is smoking! I've cut back big time, but I am still addicted
Thanks again, and have a good day!
