Here for 8 months have been doing exercises to bulk up and I have added some stomach weight. If I do cardio to get that fat away should I do it before or after I do my bulking exercises?
Cardio's usually recommended after weights (or on a completely seperate day if possible). If you do it right before, you'll be tired and won't be as effective for your weight workout.
You can't 'do exercises to bulk up'...you eat to bulk up...and you eat to lose fat. you do cardio for your heart.
and you lift weights to exercise muscles...which can grow if you eat enough.
