Quick Question About Body Fat

Hey I have a question as to why I have lost a total of 36 pounds yet my body fat score has only reduced by 4%. Why is the loss not more significant than a 4% reduction?

Typical Day

3:00 AM Yogurt and Orange Juice
9:00 AM Apple and 8 oz Water
11:00 AM Sandwich usually chicken on whole wheat no dressing or other condiments. 8 oz glass of milk, apple, and celery sticks
1:00 PM Orange and 8 oz glass of water
3:00 PM Yogurt and 8 oz glass of water
4:00-5:00 PM Workout Weight lifting and Cardio alternated everyother day with Sunday being the only day that I don't work out.
5:30 I usually eat some source of protein with very few carbs. Some days I grill really lean cuts of beef or I have grilled chicken breasts I try to consume at least 12 ounces of some lean protein source. I might throw in some steam vegetables such as carrots or brocclli.

Thats a trypical day of consumption for me.
 
your diet resembles that of a small chimpanzee! lol eat more mate your seriously killing alot of lean mass by training and eating so little. fruit and veggies are good for you but you need a hell of alot more protien and carbs in that diet to gain and maintain mass and lose weight :cool:

What does a normal day look like for someone that is training and losing weight? I would like some ideas on how to do it without taking radical unatural substances. I am not big on supplements that are not natural.
