is there a way where i can lose about 10lbs of fat in 2 weeks? BTW i can only go to gym 2 times a week, if so can u plz tell me how long to use the threadmills and bike for, thxz, and what i will need to eat
You can only realistically loose 1-1.5 pounds of fat per week. If you loose any more weight than that it will include a lot of lean muscle mass (and perhaps some water weight). If you have not been dieting previously, some people are able to loose 10 pounds in 2 weeks through a calorie restrictive diet, but the loss is only temporary. You will immediately gain ot all back as soon as you stop restricting calories. Better to make a realistic life style change combining diet and exercise and loose the weight for good over a long period. After all that is what this is all about, improving your health for the rest of your life not for the next 2 weeks!

Good post dswithers. Bottom line 4li is that there is no quick-fix. You've not posted any details about your current weight or diet and very little about your training regime etc. so, its impossible to advise on the best way for you to lose fat.
use the search facility on this forum to look for 'fat loss' and get reading. Hopefully, you will learn a thing or two and will become inspired to change your lifestyle.
ok i know this isn't want you want to know but seriously consider it.
is it really that important to make ten pounds go away in a week? Even if you did lose all that fat in a week (which as said is basically impossible), you'd just gain it back. Why not take a month or two and lose it in a non-drastic way that will last? Doesn't that actually sound better?
Think about how you will feel if you starve yourself and go crazy working out to lose ten pounds in a week and then just gain back fifteen within another week or two (speaking from personal experience)
