Quick critique on workout plan needed please

I'm looking more to lose fat than gain muscle when I go workout, My plan consists of doing weight training first, 3 sets of 12-15 reps, only on upper body, then doing core workouts, then running as long as I can, slowly building up endurance. for the 2 or so months ive been doing this, ive actually bulked up a lot, even though im not eating nor am I training to bulk up. Im thinking of developing this plan instead which will double the cardio I do and decrease the wight training:

1. Run for 10 min.
2. Lighter weight training (3 sets of 12 reps, but a little less weight)
3. more Core endurance workouts
4. Run another 10 min.

10min may not seem like a lot, but I can only run about 1.15 miles in that time, and by the end of that session, I can barely stand up! My legs are bulky so running is always intense. Just wanted to know what you guys would think of that plan change. Should I do even more cardio? Maybe something other than running? Thanks.

You have to be more specific and include the movements you perform, days of the week, etc, etc....

go to gym:

run 10 min,

3 sets of 12 reps benching, lat pull down, triceps, then use freeweights for bi's, shoulders. After all this, I do aorund 6 sets of core workouts.

run 10 min.

What do you refer to as core training ?
Also, you need to be doing full body workouts. Cardio is overrated for fat loss, to be really efficient you need a good resistance circuit and decent cardio routine. You have neither at this point. Explain your training schedule in more detail please. You didn't mention diet either.
