This is just the basic dish. You can certainly add to it if you want, but I like it because its quick eating. I take a tortilla (And believe me the nutritional info and calories on tortillas vary a lot) and put a layer of salsa on it. I then top it with a 1/2 a skinless chicken breast and some light shredded cheddar cheese. I broil it for 6 minutes and then top with a teaspoon of low fat sourcream. Two of these quesadillas come to about 600 calories.
