Ok, I have stubborn fat and I am very motivated. For the last week I have ran 1 mile each day, lifted weights, and followed a Vegan diet. If I do this for three months am I going to lose the weight? I will do anything els too just let me know plz. I am sick of the gimmicks and ready for hard work. Will this plan work??
