i had a few questions so im just going to ask them in one thread..

hows my diet?
bowl of cherios and a protein shake with milk
smoked turkey and chesse sandwich and some fruit
penut butter and jelly on whole wheat
chicken or steak with some veggies
left over chicken or steak or tuna fish
glass of milk before bed

how should i take creatine and when?
can i take it with a protein shake?
what is the best and cheapest supplement on the market?
