Questions questions n questions

Ok, i'm confused. What's the difference between sit-ups and crunches? How do i do them?

I know squats and lunges are the best exercise, but wat do they actually focus or shape and tone on? thighs , butts, and abs?

A little bout diet, which one have more calories? A glass of wine or a glass of beer? I heard that the more alcohol content the more calories it have, is this true? If so, does it mean beer is better than wine?

And does cycling and walking help to shape and tone my thighs and butts so that my flab will be gone there?

OOooooh, i'm confused................

Right then....... where do I begin? Squats and lunges tone up thighs butt hamstrings calfs, they are a functional exrcise meaning they have a direct carry over to your lifes activity. sit ups and crunches are pretty much the sane thing or will have pretty much the same effect i.e they will tone the upper abdominals....however you need to do sit ups side crunches and rotational movements to get great abs as the abdominals do all of these movements......it sounds like you need good advice and you need it now try this is an online trainer that will answer all of your questions at a fraction of the cost of hiring a personal trainer.Would you attempt to fix a car yourself if you did not know what was wrong?
