hi, im male, 16 years old been going to gym to work out my upper body for about a year now.. Im just now into getting abs more then getting bigger arms now lol..
i have basically started a kind of diet consisting of:
1. Up n go (small size) in the morning for breakfast
2. cheese, ham and tomato sandwich for lunch
3.Carrorts, salad, fruit( Apple,nectrin,peachs ) for snacks
4. Ussual just have carrorts and salad for dinner some times, else i eat meat for dinner..
Exercise:
- gym for upper body
- ab work out ussually 20 mins worth
just wondering if im eating the right stuff to loose weight, if i'm not or to make my diet better please make suggestions
