Questions about current weight loss program

Hello All -

I'm brand new to the forums and wanted to run a few things by some of you. I'm 25, going on 26 in June and decided to get back into my College Athlete days of being in shape. Here are my current stats.

Age 25
Height 5'8"
Weight 185 lbs
Waist 32"
BMR/RMR 1,787 calories

I have a broad frame to begin with, and I would guess that my BF% is probably around 18-20 at this point. My goal is to get that down to about 8-10%.

Currently, I am doing a circuit training that I came up with and limiting my caloric intake to ~1,200 a day. My goal is to lose about 2-3 pounds a week through the following means

Daily Caloric Intake - ~1,200 (give or take, mostly take as I'm trying to meet my goal quickly)
Calories burned through workout - ~500 (guessing)

I've been doing circuit training as follows

Run .25 Miles @ 7 mph
(60) Bicep Curls in 30 seconds (resistance bands)
(60) Tricep Extensions in 30 seconds (resistance bands)
(40) Crunches

Run .25 Miles @ 7 mph
(40) pushups in 30 seconds
(40) Pull Downs in 30 seconds (resistance bands)
(5 minute) Plank

Run .25 Miles @ 7 mph
(30) Squats (resistance bands)
(30) Dead Lifts (resistance bands)
(40) Standing Crunches (resistance bands)

Run .25 Miles @ 7 mph
(30) Bent Over Rows (resistance bands)
(30) Bent over Flyes (resistance bands)
(40) Leg Raises

I rest about 1 - 2 minutes in between each circuit, which is signified by the .25 mile run. I do the whole routine twice, resting 5 minutes after the first time through (1 mile) and then doing them all over again (2 miles). I repeat this 5 times a week. Taking off Wednesday and Sunday to break it up and rest. The whole workout takes me about 1 hour.

My question is as follows. I know that this is not a long term plan, as I am trying to get down to 165lbs in about 6 weeks - is this going to put me on track? I know that this is not the HEALTHIEST way to do this, but I am eating correctly and getting all the base needs my body needs in terms of vitamins and nutrients. I understand that I have a substantial calorie deficit, but I am just looking to see if I am on track to what I want my goal to be and if it would be wise to stay the course knowing that it's a 6 week program. At that point, I would be getting back into strength training and eating closer to 2,000 calories a day.

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
