Questions about Bulk Programs

Hey guys been a while since I posted here, but...

As I looked at one of my pics of just about 15-20 lbs ago and that was about 1-2 months ago I see a big change in my loose skin problem, but the thing is for my position I play on my high school football team I really can't stand to LOSE anymore weight, heck I need to gain some back, but I want it to be muscle weight.

My question is how effect would bulking up around 25-30 lbs work to tighten up some loose skin (Im about 195 lbs now need to get up to be around 220-230 lbs but of muscle not fat). As it stands now when I lean over my stomach majorly...and I really mean majorly droops as well as my chest and If bulking would help noticeably Im going to start it. Which means Ill be at football practice which will basically be my cardio, and than go home and lift 6 maybe even 7 days a week because I mean to bulk up fast.

Hypertrophic gains come during rest. NOT, during the actual lifting. Hitting the weights 6-7 days a week will be counterproductive to your goals. Especially considering the stress that football will put on the body.

Obviously, you are going to be eating in a calorie surplus. However, have you decided the Kcal range you wish to shoot for daily?

Remember, the body can usually only create about 2-3 pounds of muscle a month - at MAX, in the optimum conditions. So, it goes without saying. You can not hope to gain 25-30 pounds of LBM in such a short time.

Adding more weight wont "tighten skin". It will only help "fill it up", if you know what I mean.

I know what you mean, but filling it up with muscle would make it look more toned wouldn't it? as opposed to just gaining fat weight to fill it up?

Quick edit: I know what you mean by lifting too much being counterproductive that was just kind of an overstatement on my point, more than likely Id lift every other day like I normally do.
