Questions about Benching and Others...

I have a few questions....

Normally this is my workout

-200 Crunches

-1x10x120 High Pulley
1x10x140 High Pulley
1x10x160 High Pulley

-1x(as many as i can) x 130
1x(as many as i can) x 140
1x(as many as i can) x 150 i can do about 4-5 reps

I switch off every other day working out and i switch the ruitine..

One day ill do
1 x 12 x 80 Butterflies
1 x 12 x 100 butterflies
1 x 12 x 120 butterflies.

1 x 12 x 75 Curls
1 x 12 x 85 curls
1 x 12 x 95 Curls

then the other day i cut the above 2 out and do dumbell raises

2 x 40 x 10

What ive been doing on the benching is starting at 140 Ibs doing as many as i can twice. Then 150 and doing as many as i can twice. Is that better? Should i do more weight like that and less reps? any suggestions?

The first thing, develop an actual routine, I don't know what you're doing with all of the numbers you put up, you just do butterflies, curls, and db raises and thats it?? I'm a little confused help me out

With the benching, the sets and reps completely depends on your goals. It's confusing to say "as many as I can" because that could be 50 or it could be 3. Give us numbers, sets, reps, exercises, and goals

i would suggest doing pyramid reps. Do 12 reps of a weight, then 10 reps of the same weight, then 8 reps. It's great for increasing your muscle size. This should not be a rep to failure though. The 12 reps should be pretty difficult then the 10 reps and 8 reps feel a little easier. It is a great workout. Also more variety in those abs 200 crunches only target the upper abs. Do some leg lifts or twists for your obliques if you want better definition.

Thats about how many i do for benching
1x10x140
1x5x150

Im not sure about 130 because i havent done it in a while. My goal is to bench 200 pounds as soon as possible, Get Clean Cut arm muscles and abs. I take Protein shakes post every workout. Is every other day working out too little or too much or good?

Let me know thanks

Dude, we tried, answer the replies and suggestions all of us gave you. Give us everything, goal? routine- exercises, sets, reps,etc..everything? You gave us nothing to go on, and you need to be working your entire body if you aren't.
