Question

i began lifting weights about a month ago and im just wondering if im suppose to be sore the next day after a good workout or what? Because the next day i feel fine so am i still progressing? Do i need to go harder?
 
Nope.

A good workout shouldn't be measured in the amount of fatique but in the results you gain over a period of time. Judge the effectiveness of your workout by the amount of size or strenght you gain, not by how sore you are.

You can have a good workout and be sore, you can have a good workout and not be sore. You can be sore and not have had a good workout.
