Question!

I'm back on the health train! I lost 11 lbs this summer, and I basically got lazy first semester. I only gained back a lb or so, so that's good I suppose. I have been dieting again for the last two weeks, and I haven't lost any weight it seems. These were my daily weights over the last two weeks:

I was really pumped that the scale said 218 for a couple days, but other than that it hasn't really moved much at all. I have been using a program on my PC (Dietpower), staying on my calorie budget, and yet nothing it happening. My average sodium has been 3800mg/day throughout the two weeks. Could this have something to do with the frequent fluctuations?
